SEC civil actions filed in federal court.

Parameter	Type	Description	Example
`page`	integer	List page, starting at 0. Each page is one page of the SEC's list, newest first. Default `0`.	`1`
`details`	string	true fetches the text of each release on the page (first 20 rows). Slower. Default `false`.	`true`

Pages are cached for 30 minutes.
No date filter: page back until publishedAt passes the date you need.
