params={'ticker': 'MSFT'},
headers={"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['SECFEED_KEY']}"},
)
print(r.json())Overview
Every proxy statement includes a Summary Compensation Table for the CEO, CFO and other named executive officers, with three years of salary, bonus, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive pay and other compensation. The table is HTML, formatted differently by every company.
The Executive Compensation API finds the table by its headers, normalizes the columns and parses the dollar cells, returning one row per executive and year. Pass a ticker for the latest proxy or an accession number for a specific one.
