Form N-CEN is an annual census of each registered fund, filed within 75 days of the fiscal year end. It lists the fund's service providers (adviser, custodian, auditor, transfer agent), its share classes, securities lending and whether it is an ETF.
It is the easiest way to see which custodian or auditor a fund uses.
Query syntax
Fields: formType, ticker, cik, companyName, filedAt, accessionNo, items (8-K item numbers), sic, state, periodOfReport. Join terms with AND, OR and NOT and group them with parentheses.
