Form 1-SA is the semiannual report of a Tier 2 Regulation A issuer, the Reg A counterpart of a 10-Q but filed twice a year rather than three times. It covers the first six months of the fiscal year.
The financial statements are not required to be audited. Paired with the 1-K, it gives a half year view of companies that raised money from the public under Reg A.
