Item 2.02 is filed when a company publicly announces results for a completed quarter or year. The press release itself is usually furnished as Exhibit 99.1, so this feed is the reliable timestamp of every earnings release on EDGAR.

Each result carries the item text and the filing URL, so you can pull the Exhibit 99.1 with the Download API and parse the numbers before the 10-Q arrives.

`form, filed, period`	8-K or 8-K/A, filing date and the date of the event reported.
`items`	Every item in the filing as {item, title}, for example 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant.
`url`	The filing index page on EDGAR.
`text`	The item's text, extracted from the filing (item feeds include it; on /v1/form-8k pass text=true).
