Overview

Every proxy prints a security ownership table: each 5% holder, each director and named executive, and directors and officers as a group, with shares owned, shares acquirable within 60 days and percent of class. Footnotes add pledged shares and the source filing for each large holder.

The Insider and 5% Holder Ownership API returns that table row by row with holder type, plus the pledging and hedging policy, unvested awards, holder agreements and, for funds, the record and beneficial holders of each share class and trustee holdings.

FAQ

How far back does it go?

These datasets launched in October 2026 and are being filled newest first, starting with filings from 2020 onward. The live counter on this page shows what is loaded today. Older years are added after that.

How is the data produced?

Each record is extracted from the filing text by an AI model and validated against a fixed schema before it is published; see our AI Disclosure. A value the filing does not state is returned as null, never guessed.

How is this different from 13D and 13G data?

Schedules 13D and 13G are filed by holders when they cross 5%. The proxy table is the company's own snapshot of all large holders and insiders on one date.
