Form N-PX reports how a fund voted every proxy in the 12 months to June 30, and it is due by August 31. Since 2024 institutional managers that file 13F also report their say on pay votes on it, and every filing uses a structured format.
It answers questions like how the largest asset managers voted on climate or pay proposals.
Query syntax
Fields: formType, ticker, cik, companyName, filedAt, accessionNo, items (8-K item numbers), sic, state, periodOfReport. Join terms with AND, OR and NOT and group them with parentheses.
