Overview

Before an affiliate sells restricted or control stock under Rule 144, they file Form 144 with the planned sale. It often comes before the Form 4 that reports the actual trade, which makes it an early look at insider selling.

SecFeed parses each notice into flat fields: issuer, seller, relationship to the issuer, class, shares to sell, aggregate market value, broker, approximate sale date, how the shares were acquired, and every sale in the past three months.
