Overview

An IPO runs through an S-1 (or F-1 for foreign issuers, S-11 for REITs), amendments, and a final 424B4 prospectus that fixes the price. The IPO API lists all of these filings and reads the offering terms from the 424B4 cover page.

For each final prospectus you get shares offered, price per share, gross proceeds before expenses, ticker, exchange, the underwriter syndicate and the offering date.
