Overview

The pay table says how much executives earned. The compensation discussion around it says how pay is governed: how last year's say on pay vote went and what changed, which consultant advised the committee, which peers set the benchmark, and what policies limit clawback, gross ups, repricing and grant timing.

The Executive Compensation Governance API returns those facts as fields, one record per proxy. The peer group comes back as a list of companies with tickers, perks as a list per executive, and every policy as yes, no or null when the proxy is silent.

FAQ

How far back does it go?

These datasets launched in October 2026 and are being filled newest first, starting with filings from 2020 onward. The live counter on this page shows what is loaded today. Older years are added after that.

How is the data produced?

Each record is extracted from the filing text by an AI model and validated against a fixed schema before it is published; see our AI Disclosure. A value the filing does not state is returned as null, never guessed.

Where are the pay amounts?

Salary, bonus, awards and totals by executive are in the Executive Pay API. This API covers the policies and process around them.
