Overview

Every proxy statement discloses what the company paid its auditor for the last two years, split into audit, audit related, tax and all other fees. The Audit Fees API parses that table into numbers by category and year.

Use it to compare audit costs across peers, to watch non audit services relative to the audit, or to model audit firm revenue.
