# SecFeed

> SecFeed is an API for SEC EDGAR data: every filing since 1993 as clean JSON, plus insider trades (Forms 3, 4, 5), 13F holdings, 13D/13G stakes, 8-K events by item, XBRL financial statements, 10-K/10-Q/8-K section text, Form D, Form 144, IPO terms, executive compensation, enforcement actions and more. It also offers a real-time filing stream, webhooks, bulk datasets and an MCP server for AI agents.

SecFeed is independent and not affiliated with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Data is extracted from public filings by deterministic software (no AI-generated values) and links back to SEC.gov.
