print(r.json())What is Form 5?
Form 5 is the annual catch up filing for Section 16 insiders. It reports transactions that were exempt from Form 4 reporting or eligible for deferred reporting, such as certain small acquisitions, and any transactions that should have been reported on Form 4 during the year but were not.
Most insiders never need to file a Form 5 because their transactions all go on Form 4. When one appears, it usually explains a holding change that does not show up in the Form 4 history, which is why it belongs in any complete insider dataset.
Officers, directors and 10% owners with reportable transactions that were not reported on Form 4 during the fiscal year.
Within 45 days after the end of the issuer's fiscal year.
