print(r.json())What is 13F-NT?
A 13F-NT is a notice report. The filer is an institutional investment manager that meets the 13F threshold but whose holdings are all reported by one or more other managers, so it lists those managers instead of filing an information table.
Notices are common in large financial groups where a parent files a combined report for its subsidiaries. Mapping 13F-NT filers to the reporting manager is necessary to avoid double counting or missing holdings when you aggregate 13F data.
13F managers whose reportable holdings are fully reported by other managers.
Within 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter, like the 13F-HR.
