Form 25 notifies the SEC that a class of securities is coming off an exchange. Exchanges file 25-NSE when they delist a security, for example after a merger closes or when a company falls below listing standards. Companies that leave voluntarily file Form 25 themselves.
Delisting takes effect 10 days after filing. A Form 15 often follows.
Query syntax
Fields: formType, ticker, cik, companyName, filedAt, accessionNo, items (8-K item numbers), sic, state, periodOfReport. Join terms with AND, OR and NOT and group them with parentheses.
