Extract 8-K item text: executive changes (Item 5.02)

Get 8-K filings classified by item, with the text of each item, using executive and director changes (Item 5.02) as the example.

An 8-K reports one or more numbered events. Item 5.02 covers departures and appointments of directors and officers and their compensation arrangements. /v1/form-8k classifies every 8-K by item and, with text=true, returns the text of the requested item.

total counts every 8-K tagged with Item 5.02 in the SecFeed index. Each result lists all the items in the filing, so you can see that an executive change came with a press release (Item 7.01) and exhibits (Item 9.01).

Some filings put the substance in an exhibit and leave the item text short or empty. The example skips those; for them, download the Exhibit 99 press release with the download API.
