)
print(r.json())Overview
Institutional investment managers with more than $100 million in US equities report their holdings every quarter on Form 13F. SecFeed loads the information tables into one row per position, so you can ask who holds a stock (by CUSIP) or what a fund holds (by filer CIK) for any quarter since 2013.
Cover pages come parsed too: report period, filer, other included managers, table entry totals and value totals. Combine both to track position changes quarter over quarter.
What you get
Built for developers who would rather not parse EDGAR.
One row per position with issuer, title of class, CUSIP, FIGI, value, shares and put or call.
Filter by cusip to see holders, or by cik to see a manager's portfolio.
Sole, shared and no voting authority, plus investment discretion and other managers.
Loaded from the SEC's quarterly 13F datasets and kept current from new filings.
