Form 5 is the annual catch up report for insiders. It covers transactions that did not have to be reported on Form 4 during the year, such as some gifts and small acquisitions, and any that should have been. It is due within 45 days of the company's fiscal year end.
Most arrive in February, after calendar year ends.
Query syntax
Fields: formType, ticker, cik, companyName, filedAt, accessionNo, items (8-K item numbers), sic, state, periodOfReport. Join terms with AND, OR and NOT and group them with parentheses.
