curl -H "Authorization: Bearer $SECFEED_KEY" \
  "https://secfeedapi.com/v1/shareholder-meetings?ticker=AAPL"
import os, requests

r = requests.get(
    "https://secfeedapi.com/v1/shareholder-meetings",

)
print(r.json())

Overview

The proxy statement announces the meeting and the proposals; four business days after the meeting, an 8-K under Item 5.07 reports the votes. The Shareholder Meetings API joins the two: meeting and record dates and the ballot items from the latest proxy, and the 8-K 5.07 filings with the results.
