Overview

SEC filings are HTML pages built for a browser, often hundreds of pages long with inline XBRL tags and embedded images. The PDF Generator renders them in a real headless Chrome and returns a print ready PDF, so tables and images look the way the company filed them.

Pass the archive URL of any document, from a 10-K to an 8-K exhibit or a proxy statement, and get application/pdf back. Useful for archiving, sharing with people who do not live in EDGAR, and feeding PDF based document tools.
