Overview

Language models know old filings from training data, and nothing about the 8-K filed this morning. The SecFeed MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any other Model Context Protocol client to the same live data as the API: filing search, full-text search, section extraction, XBRL financials, insider trades, 13F holdings, 8-K events, company data and enforcement.

Add one block to your MCP config with your API key and the agent can answer questions like "summarize NVIDIA's latest risk factors" or "which directors bought stock this week" from primary sources, with links back to EDGAR.
