print(r.json())What is Form 4?
Form 4 reports a change in an insider's holdings: an open market purchase or sale, an option exercise, a grant, a gift. Officers, directors and 10% owners must file it within two business days, which makes it the fastest public signal of what insiders are doing with their own stock.
Each Form 4 is filed as XML with two tables: non-derivative securities (common stock) and derivative securities (options, RSUs, warrants). SecFeed parses both into one row per transaction, with the transaction code, the 10b5-1 plan flag and every footnote.
Officers, directors and beneficial owners of more than 10% of a class of a company's registered equity securities (Section 16 insiders).
Before the end of the second business day after the transaction. Some transactions can be deferred to the annual Form 5.
