print(r.json())What is S-11?
Form S-11 is the registration statement for real estate investment trusts and other companies whose business is mainly acquiring and holding real estate. It adds real estate specific disclosure to the S-1 framework: property descriptions, investment policies, conflicts of interest with the sponsor and prior performance of the sponsor's programs.
Besides listed REIT IPOs, S-11 is the form behind continuous offerings of non-traded REITs, which raise money from retail investors through broker-dealers over several years.
REITs and issuers whose business is primarily acquiring and holding real estate or interests in real estate.
Before the offering. Non-traded REITs keep the registration current with post-effective amendments and 424B3 supplements.
