Regulation A lets companies raise up to $75 million from the public with lighter registration, often called a mini-IPO. Issuers file an offering statement on Form 1-A, annual reports on 1-K and semiannual reports on 1-SA, and a 1-Z when the offering ends.
The Reg A API returns the structured XML of each filing: issuer, jurisdiction, employees, tier, securities offered, price and amounts, and the financial summary.
