What is N-CSRS?

Form N-CSRS is the semiannual version of Form N-CSR. It contains the fund's report to shareholders for the first six months of the fiscal year, its unaudited financial statements and the officer certifications.

Paired with the annual N-CSR, it gives two full schedules of investments per year for every fund, alongside the quarterly N-PORT holdings data.

Registered management investment companies, for the first half of each fiscal year.

When it is filed

Within 10 days after the semiannual report is sent to shareholders, which must happen within 60 days after the end of the period.
