print(r.json())What is 1-Z?
Form 1-Z closes out a Regulation A offering. Tier 1 issuers use it to report the final results of the offering, and Tier 2 issuers use it to suspend their ongoing reporting once they qualify to stop.
It is one of the few places where the actual outcome of a Reg A raise is reported: how many securities were sold, at what price, and how much went to underwriters, lawyers, auditors and promoters.
Tier 1 issuers after the offering terminates or completes, and Tier 2 issuers suspending their reporting obligation.
Tier 1 issuers file within 30 calendar days after termination or completion of the offering. Tier 2 issuers file when they meet the conditions to suspend, such as fewer than 300 holders of record.
