- Reading terms fetches each prospectus, so a page of 25 424B4 filings with terms can take 15 to 30 seconds. Use small sizes or terms=false.
- Terms are parsed from cover page text; treat empty or odd values (for example a par value read as the price) as missing.

The cover table did not match the expected layout. Multiply sharesOffered by pricePerShare as an estimate.
