SEC administrative orders and proceedings.

Parameter	Type	Description	Example
`page`	integer	Page number, 0 for the newest. Each page holds up to 100 releases. Default `0`.	`1`
`details`	string	true fetches the release text for the first 20 rows when the release is an HTML page. Most administrative proceedings are PDFs, which are linked but not converted. Default `false`.	`true`

Data is read from the SEC's public list of administrative proceedings and cached for 30 minutes.
There are no date or name filters: page through results and filter by publishedAt or title on your side.

The newest administrative proceedings

releaseNo can list several numbers when an order is issued under more than one act, for example a 34- release that is also an AAER.

`kind`	string	Always administrative-proceedings for this endpoint.
`page`	integer	Page returned.
`releases[].publishedAt`	string	Publication time, ISO 8601 UTC.
`releases[].title`	string	Respondent or title of the release.
`releases[].url`	string	Link to the release document, usually a PDF on sec.gov.
`releases[].releaseNo`	string	Release number or numbers, for example 34-106633, AAER-4605. The prefix shows the act: 33 Securities Act, 34 Exchange Act, IA Advisers Act, IC Investment Company Act.
`releases[].fields`	object	Labelled values from the list: Release No., File Number (the 3-xxxxx administrative file) and sometimes See Also.
`releases[].documents[]`	array	Linked documents, each with title and url.
`releases[].cells[]`	array of strings	The raw table cells: the date and the combined title cell.
`releases[].text`	string	Only with details=true and an HTML release: the release text, up to 20,000 characters.

Poll page 0 and keep the releaseNo values you have seen; new rows appear at the top.

How do I find proceedings against accountants?

Look for releaseNo values that include AAER, or use the AAER feed directly.

Increase page until publishedAt passes the date you need.

What is the File Number?

The 3-xxxxx administrative proceeding file number. Every release in the same matter shares it, so you can group follow-up orders.

How do I search proceedings by name?

There is no name filter; fetch pages and match title on your side.

Why is details=true not adding text?

Text is only fetched for HTML releases. Most administrative proceedings are published as PDFs.
