Reg D private placements: flat fields (issuer, industry, offering and sold amounts, investors, exemptions, related persons) plus every original field.

`fields`	string	flat drops the full data object for lighter responses.	`flat`
`size`	integer	Rows per page, maximum 100. Default `20`.	`2`
`from`	integer	Offset for paging. Default `0`.	`20`

Results are newest first by filing date. Parsed history currently covers roughly the last 250 days; the filing index lists every Form D since 2006.
Range filters over the whole history can take several seconds; add startDate to keep them fast.
Exact matches compare numeric-looking values as numbers, so use ranges or the data path for codes stored as text.

Offerings of $50 million or more this month

totalOfferingAmount is the size of the offering; totalAmountSold and totalRemaining show progress.

`filings[].flat.issuerCik`	string	Issuer CIK without leading zeros.

`filings[].flat.entityType`	string	Corporation, Limited Partnership, Limited Liability Company and so on.
`filings[].flat.jurisdiction`	string	Jurisdiction of incorporation or organization.
`filings[].flat.state`	string	State or country code of the issuer's address.
`filings[].flat.address`	string	Issuer address on one line.

`filings[].flat.exemptions[]`	array of strings	Exemptions claimed, for example 06b (Rule 506(b)), 06c (Rule 506(c)), 04 (Rule 504), 3C.1 and 3C.7 (Investment Company Act exclusions).
`filings[].flat.isAmendment`	boolean	True for an amendment.
`filings[].flat.dateOfFirstSale`	string or null	Date of first sale, YYYY-MM-DD, when it has occurred.
`filings[].flat.moreThanOneYear`	boolean	True when the offering is expected to last more than a year.
`filings[].flat.securitiesTypes[]`	array of strings	Types of securities offered, for example Equity, Debt, PooledInvestmentFund, Option.
`filings[].flat.isBusinessCombination`	boolean	True when the offering is part of a business combination.
`filings[].flat.minimumInvestment`	number	Minimum investment accepted, in dollars.
`filings[].flat.totalOfferingAmount`	number or null	Total offering amount in dollars (null when Indefinite).
`filings[].flat.totalAmountSold`	number	Amount sold so far.
`filings[].flat.totalRemaining`	number or null	Amount remaining to be sold.
`filings[].flat.hasNonAccreditedInvestors`	boolean	True when non-accredited investors participated.
`filings[].flat.totalInvestors`	number	Number of investors who have already invested.
`filings[].flat.salesCommissions`	number	Sales commissions in dollars.
`filings[].flat.findersFees`	number	Finders fees in dollars.
`filings[].flat.grossProceedsUsedForPayments`	number	Gross proceeds used for payments to officers, directors or promoters.

`filings[].flat.relatedPersons[]`	array	Executive officers, directors and promoters, each with name, relationships and address.
`filings[].flat.signatureDate`	string or null	Signature date when a single signature block is present.
`filings[].data.primary_doc`	object	Every original field: primaryIssuer, issuerList, relatedPersonsList, offeringData (industryGroup, issuerSize, federalExemptionsExclusions, typeOfFiling, durationOfOffering, typesOfSecuritiesOffered, businessCombinationTransaction, minimumInvestmentAccepted, salesCompensationList, offeringSalesAmounts, investors, salesCommissionsFindersFees, useOfProceeds, signatureBlock). Omitted when fields=flat.

salesRecipients lists the recipients of sales compensation; the full detail with CRD numbers is under data.primary_doc.offeringData.salesCompensationList.
