Merger proxies, S-4/F-4, 425 communications, tender offers, 14D-9, going-private filings.

Forms covered by default: DEFM14A, PREM14A, DEFM14C, 425, SC TO-T, SC TO-T/A, SC TO-I, SC TO-I/A, SC 14D9, SC 14D9/A, SC 13E3, SC 13E3/A, SC TO-C, S-4, F-4, CB.
formType accepts any form, even outside that list.
Newest first. There is no total in the response; page until fewer than size rows come back.
