8-K Item 1.03 feed with the item text.

Sorted by filing date, newest first.
When text extraction fails for a filing, text is null and textError explains why.

8-K filings classified by item, with item text on request.

The general endpoint returns no text unless text=true and an item are given.

How do I make responses faster?

Set text=false to skip text extraction.

Can I use the general 8-K endpoint instead?

Yes, /v1/form-8k?item=1.03 returns the same filings; add text=true for the text.

Why is text empty for some filings?

Some filings put the item in an exhibit or use unusual formatting; textError says what happened.

How far back does the feed go?

Currently mid 2024, with the backfill running back to 2004.

How do I see the other items in the same 8-K?

items lists every item the filing reports, for example 9.01 for exhibits.
