Auditor name, location, PCAOB firm ID.

Uses the latest annual report; the fields come from its XBRL cover page, which carries them since fiscal 2021.

`accessionNo`	string	Annual report used.
`auditorName`	string	Audit firm name.
`auditorLocation`	string	City and state or country of the audit office.
`auditorFirmId`	string	PCAOB firm ID.
`icfrAuditorAttestation`	string	true when the auditor attested to internal control over financial reporting.

How to

How do I find every company using one audit firm?

Call the endpoint per company and group by auditorFirmId; the PCAOB ID is stable.

How do I see auditor changes?

Use the 8-K Item 4.01 feed for changes as they are announced.

Does it work for foreign private issuers?

Yes, 20-F and 40-F filers are covered.

Why are fields null for some companies?

Older or small filers may not tag auditor facts on the cover page.

Which filing is used?

The latest 10-K, 20-F or 40-F; accessionNo tells you which.

How do I get audit fees?

Use the audit fees endpoint, which reads the proxy statement.

Yes.

What does icfrAuditorAttestation mean?

Whether the auditor also reported on internal control over financial reporting (required for larger filers).

Errors

404 for unknown companies or companies with no annual report.
