print(r.json())What is RW?
A registrant files an RW under Securities Act Rule 477 to withdraw a registration statement or an amendment, most often when an IPO or other offering is cancelled before it becomes effective. The letter usually says no securities were sold.
Paired with S-1 and F-1 filings, RW requests show which IPOs were pulled and when, which is useful for IPO pipeline and market timing research.
Any registrant with a pending or effective Securities Act registration statement.
Whenever the registrant decides to abandon the registration; withdrawals before effectiveness are generally granted automatically.
