Form N-MFP3 replaced N-MFP2 in mid 2024. It keeps the monthly holdings data and adds fields required by the 2023 money market fund reforms, including more detail on liquidity, shareholder concentration and repurchase agreements.
It is the form to use for current money market fund portfolio data.
