N-MFP2 was the main version of the monthly money market fund holdings report for almost eight years, with more than 35,000 filings. Each filing lists every security a money market fund held at month end, with yields, liquidity and shareholder flow data.
The SEC's 2023 money market fund amendments introduced Form N-MFP3, and N-MFP2 filings stop in June 2024 (amendments until December 2024).
