Form 10-QSB was the quarterly report for small business issuers that used the scaled disclosure system of Regulation S-B. It was the small company counterpart of Form 10-Q, with simpler financial statement and disclosure requirements.
The SEC folded Regulation S-B into Regulation S-K for smaller reporting companies in 2008, and 10-QSB filings stop in October 2008. EDGAR recorded the form as 10QSB, with a handful of filings under the hyphenated 10-QSB spelling, so both are included here.
