EDGAR titles TTW "'Test The Waters' submission [Regulation A]". Under the original Regulation A, issuers could gauge investor interest with a solicitation of interest document before filing an offering statement, and had to submit that document to the SEC.
These were paper submissions scanned into EDGAR, and the series ends in 2014. After the 2015 Regulation A+ amendments, test-the-waters materials are filed as exhibits to Form 1-A instead.
