Form SB-1 was a simplified registration statement for small business issuers raising a limited amount, using a question-and-answer disclosure format. It sat alongside Form SB-2 in the small business integrated disclosure system.
The SEC eliminated the small business forms in 2008 and moved small companies to the scaled disclosure of the regular forms.
