Form N-Q was the quarterly schedule of portfolio holdings that registered management investment companies filed for the first and third fiscal quarters, filling the gap between the holdings published in annual and semi-annual shareholder reports (Form N-CSR).
The SEC rescinded Form N-Q when Form N-PORT took over monthly holdings reporting, so filings stop in 2021. N-Q remains the main public source for quarter-end fund holdings between 2004 and the N-PORT era.
