Form F-10 is the main Securities Act registration form under the US and Canada multijurisdictional disclosure system. Eligible Canadian issuers register securities with a prospectus prepared under Canadian rules, plus a few US specific items.
Canadian mining, energy and bank issuers use F-10 for shelf and marketed offerings in the US. Amendments are frequent, which is why F-10/A counts nearly match F-10.
