What is BW-3?

The World Bank (IBRD) is exempt from Securities Act registration but files reports with the SEC on its securities offerings and its finances. BW-2 and BW-3 were the EDGAR types for those reports until 2002.

The EDGAR Filer Manual notes that BW-2 and BW-3 were rescinded, with reports now filed as QRTLYRPT, ANNLRPT and DSTRBRPT.
