print(r.json())What is 424B1?
Rule 430A lets an issuer go effective without final pricing information. Once priced, the issuer files a prospectus with the omitted information; when it adds only that information it is filed under Rule 424(b)(1). When it also reflects other changes it is usually a 424B4.
424B1 filings are the final pricing prospectuses for a subset of IPOs and other priced offerings: price per share, share count, underwriting discount and proceeds.
Issuers that relied on Rule 430A to omit pricing information from an effective registration statement.
No later than the second business day after pricing or first use, whichever is earlier.
