)
print(r.json())What is 10-KT?
When a company changes its fiscal year end, Exchange Act Rules 13a-10 and 15d-10 require a report covering the transition period between the end of the old fiscal year and the start of the new one. If that report is filed on Form 10-K, EDGAR tags it 10-KT.
A 10-KT looks like a 10-K but covers an odd period, often a few months. Time series built from annual reports should flag these so a short transition period is not mistaken for a full year.
Companies that change their fiscal year end and file the transition report on Form 10-K.
Under the transition report rules, generally within the deadline that would apply to a 10-K for the transition period.
